Media Release & Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk
We are delighted to welcome you, your family, and your group to Healing Heart Care Farm. Please be aware that farm activities naturally involve interactions with animals and outdoor environments, which carry inherent risks. By participating, attendees acknowledge and accept these inherent risks. If bringing children you agree to supervise your child closely as instructed by our staff to ensure everyone's safety. In the event of an emergency, you authorize our team to provide basic first aid and arrange for emergency medical care if needed. Finally, you agree to release and hold harmless Healing Heart Care Farm and its staff from ordinary risks associated with participating in our farm programs.
