Healing Heart
Care Farm
Build ♥ Tend ♥ Grow
Welcome to our care farm—a nurturing, hands-on environment where people grow skills, confidence, and well-being. Here, participants engage in meaningful vocational activities such as animal care, gardening, and practical farm tasks that build responsibility and independence. Whether tending to animals, planting and harvesting crops, or learning everyday work skills, each experience is designed to be supportive and purposeful. Alongside these activities, we emphasize self-care and personal growth, encouraging individuals to develop routines, resilience, and a sense of accomplishment. Our farm is a place to learn, connect, and thrive at your own pace.
Our Care Farm Approach
Healing Heart Care Farm utilizes farm and nature opportunities to build, tend and grow relationships, skills, self-care and a strong community for all backgrounds, abilities and ages.
Build
Building healthy relationships, developing vocational skills, and practicing self-care all work together to strengthen confidence, foster independence, and significantly improve overall well-being.
Tend
Tending to self-care, supporting others, and nurturing the natural world creates a balanced sense of purpose, connection, and overall well-being.
Grow
Growing in relationships, vocational skills, and self-care builds a strong foundation for the future, opening opportunities, increasing resilience, and supporting long-term well-being.
